The Rochester Public School Board is holding two meetings on Tuesday, July 18 at the Edison Building.
⌚At 5:00pm there will be a Special Session with two items:
📜Action Item: June 1, 2023 Policy Committee Meeting Recommendations (First Briefing 6/6/23, Second Briefing 6/20/23)
📋Closed Session: Superintendent Evaluation: Leadership Component of 2022-23. The Board will meet in closed session to conduct the Superintendent's annual evaluation. The summary of the Superintendent's evaluation will be presented at the July 25 Regular Meeting.

⌚At 7:00pm, there will be a Study Session.
The Board wlll review three items in preparation for action at a future meeting:
🏫Approval of Final Expenditures Funded by the 2019 Facilities Referendum (action at July 25 meeting)
🗺Long-Range Facilities Planning Committee (action at meeting TBD)
🛠Approval of Long-Term Facilities Maintenance Plan (action at July 25 meeting)

Per Board Policy, there are no Comments to the Board at Special or Study Sessions.
