The next School Board meeting is Tuesday, April 27 beginning at 5:30 pm.
The School Board will be meeting in person. In accordance with Minnesota Statute 13D.021, members of the public are not permitted to attend in-person and watch this meeting due to the current health pandemic. Individuals may watch the meeting online at www.youtube.com/isd535
However, in-person public comments will be held beginning at 5:30 for 30 minutes. Members of the public are permitted to enter the School Board room to address the Board in person. Important Details: If you wish to address the School Board, it is recommended that you call the Superintendent’s Office at (507) 328-4256 before 3 pm. on the day of the meeting. You will be asked to provide your name and home address, as well as the topic of your comments.

We will be adding an agenda item on "Resolution Supporting Equity for Historically Underserved/Marginalized Students and Adopting Government Speech in Support of the Same" to address issues related to today's message to staff and families regarding Black Lives Matter (BLM) messaging in the classrooms.
