She looks at each issue with a clear and open minded point of view and asks thoughtful and deep questions.  Her focus is on what is best for learners first - but always considers teachers and families as well as funding.  Cathy visits schools often and is actively involved in the Rochester community.  She has been an asset to the RPS school board."
